3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 7ikot platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 7ikot is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ikot account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 7ikot support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

7ikot is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 7ikot's discretion.

Duplicate Account Policy: If 7ikot detects that a player has registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Balances in duplicate accounts may be consolidated into the original account at 7ikot's sole discretion, or forfeited entirely if fraud is suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. 7ikot reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

  • Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule;
  • Debit Card: Processing times vary by issuing bank, generally 1–5 business days.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your 7ikot account dashboard. 7ikot reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must only fund your 7ikot account using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the following funding sources are not accepted on the 7ikot platform under any circumstances:

  • Credit cards (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts);
  • Cryptocurrency or any digital asset of any kind;
  • Any payment method not listed in Section 4.1 above.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 7ikot is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate personal funds may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7ikot offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another player's account;
  • Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated;
  • Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
  • 7ikot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;

6.2 Malfunctions

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ikot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;

Fraud and Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback on a deposit made to 7ikot will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from any available balance. 7ikot will pursue all available legal remedies in cases of confirmed fraud.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7ikot platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 7ikot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 7ikot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 7ikot.

Any unauthorized use of 7ikot's intellectual property is a violation of these terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy & Data

7ikot collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7ikot will not sell your personal data to third parties. 10. Limitation of Liability

7ikot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7ikot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Suspension & Termination

7ikot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
  • Detection of duplicate accounts;
  • Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies;
  • Your own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination for cause, 7ikot reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 7ikot account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12. Responsible Gaming

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 7ikot's records of game outcomes, transaction histories, and account activity shall be the definitive record for the purposes of resolving any dispute, absent manifest error.

14. Amendments

7ikot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 7ikot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The 7ikot platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
